Please read the following Terms and Conditions prior to puchasing online products from Catskill Custom Closets, LLC. If, for any reason, you do not agree to the below stated Terms and Conditions, please do not use this site. By placing your order with Catskill Custom Closets, LLC, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions set forth here.  Catskill Custom Closets, LLC has the right to change these Term and Conditions at any time.

Return Policy
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you are also agreeing to the Return Policy. Please carefully review the Return Policy outlined below prior to purchase.

Warranty Disclaimer
All warranties listed are provided directly from the manufacturer. Warranties begin on the date of purchase from Catskill Custom Closets, LLC.  Please reference the manufacturer for further information regarding warranties. Your original receipt is required to qualify for any warranty repair service or any warranty parts.

Limitation of Liability 
Catskill Custom Closets, LLC will not be liable for any special or consequential damages that may happen from the use of or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.

Misprints

In the unlikely event there is a misprint on catskillcustomclosets.com, such as an error in a price listing, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the sale of the item, whether or not the sale has been completed. If an incorrect price has been charged to your credit card and the order has been cancelled, Catskill Custom Closets, LLC will credit back the amount of the incorrect price.

Ordering Policy 
Catskill Custom Closets, LLC reserves the right to cancelled or refuse an order at any time. The pricing and availability of products on catskillcustomclosets.com may change at any time without notice. Orders can be cancelled by Catskill Custom Closets, LLC at any time.

Product Lead Times
Lead times displayed on the product pages represent the average time frame a manufacturer needs to prepare that product for shipping and are not to be taken as a guarantee. Product lead times should be used as a rough guideline for estimating the time needed for the manufacturers to fulfill your order and, in some cases, custom build the product. If the manufacturer experiences a delay which causes a longer lead time, Catskill Custom Closets, LLC will not offer discounts or express shipping to "compensate" for inconveniences caused by the delay.

Taxes
Taxes will be charged to all items sold to Ship To addresses located in New York (8%), and V-Line Industries safes that are sold to Ship To addresses located in California (8.75%).

Sales Outside of the United States of America and outside of the Continental 48 States
Catskill Custom Closets, LLC is currently only selling product within the United States of America.  Orders that contain an address outside of the United States of America will not be fulfilled.  Additional shipping charges will apply when shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.


Return Policy

If you received your product and it is not exactly what you ordered, or your product arrived damaged, we are here to help you.  We understand that there will be instances where you may need to return or exchange a product for various reasons.  In the event that you do need to return or exchange a product please read the below information regarding our return or exchange process and policies.

Did your order arrive damaged? 

  1. If your order shipped via UPS, or FedEx and it arrived damaged please notify us within 10 business days.

  3. Please be prepared to provide pictures of the damaged product.
  4. If your order shipped via truck freight or white glove delivery, please examine the product prior to signing for it. 
    1. Unpackage the entire safe to inspect for damage.  Just because the exterior of the package appears to be undamaged, there may be damage to the safe.  Do a full inspection of the safe prior to signing for the delivery.
    2. Do not sign for the safe if there is any damage.  Refuse the delivery of the safe if you feel it has any damage.  Once the safe is signed for, it is free and clear and we cannot offer any refunds or returns due to damage.  The freight delivery companies are released of all liability once the delivery is signed for.  By signing for the safe it authorizes acceptance of the safe “as is”.

We accept returns or exchanges of product within 30 days of the product shipping from the warehouse. Products that are custom orders cannot be returned.  Returns are only accepted with a Return Authorization Number from Catskill Custom Closets. If you choose to exchange or return a product please follow the below steps.

  1. Email or call us with your order number, name, full contact details, and the model number and quantity of the product you would like to exchange or return.
  2. We will then issue you an RA number for the return of the product and provide you with a return address. 
  3. An exchange or return will not be accepted without an RA number.
  4. Once the product has been sent back, please provide us with the tracking details of the shipment. 
  5. There will be a 20% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for the total outgoing and return shipping and handling for exchanges or returns that do not fall under any error of Catskill Custom Closets, LLC. All original packaging must be intact, otherwise additional charges may apply.  
  6. Not all products can be exchanged or returned. Please contact us if you have a question of whether or not your product can be exchanged or returned.

What if you place an order and would like to cancel it?

If you have placed an order and decided that you would like to cancel the order, we will accept your cancellation, unless the order has already shipped.  If the order has been shipped we will be unable to cancel the order, and you will need to follow the above steps for a return or exchange.

What if you have had your product longer than 30 days and would like to return or exchange it? Or the product is defective?

In this case, you will need to contact the manufacturer of the product directly.  If you need a manufacturers contact details, please let us know.
